Shipping Policy
You can receive our products at any address within the Mexican Republic.
Shipping is free for all our customers via standard courier service on orders of $1,400 MXN or more.
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer, who agrees to provide a valid, traceable address within the Mexican Republic where the order can be delivered.
If the customer provides an address that cannot be located by the courier or if delivery cannot be completed due to reasons beyond MICELIA LABS’ control, we will contact the customer via the phone numbers provided to coordinate a new delivery.
If delivery is not completed after two attempts, the order will be returned, and the customer must pay for a new delivery service. We recommend that customers keep their phones available during the estimated delivery period or, if unavailable, leave the necessary authorizations for someone else to receive the order.
During the rainy and hurricane seasons, customers will be notified via WhatsApp or email of any possible delivery delays, as we prioritize the safety of our staff and the care of our merchandise.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
